Guardian has just been updated to V1.021-3. This is a minor update that fixes performance issues on some videocards.

Pipeline has just been updated to V1.110-0. This is a fairly significant update focused on the addition of drain pipes as a way of allowing users to cap their pipelines rather than simply letting the water spill out. The instructions and hint dialogs will explain its use in more detail.
This version now gives an audible indication ("Good job") when your pipeline has qualified for the next level. It has also been compressed to 5.77 MB (from 6.61 MB.) A few minor tweaks were made to the main menu's user interface. Objects no longer become transparent when pipe is placed underneath them. (They have been rearranged so that the pipe can be seen regardless of the object.)
A minor bug with map 5's hint dialog was fixed whereupon only part of the button could be selected.
Selecting items on the conveyor belt is now a bit easier since the selection area extends across the entire belt.
