Guardian has just been upgraded to V1.030-0. This is a minor update, and includes only the following changes:
* The progress of the material preloading is now displayed via a graphical bar.
* The "All Particle FX" flag now determines whether or not structures smoke after being destroyed.
* If the "All Particle FX" flag is disabled, two different explosion animations will now be utilized (instead of only one.)
