This is a minor upgrade in terms of game functionality, but it does address a couple of important issues.
First, this version of the game is compatible with our new rental system. You can now purchase a temporary license for Guardian for a bargain price and enjoy all of the features of the more expensive full version. Your rental period won't begin until you first enter the code sent to you after making the purchase. Rent it now but play it this weekend, next month, or next year...it's up to you. Second, this version also includes an automatic license retrieval feature for people that frequently change their machine hardware. It's essentially just a convenience that makes retrieving a license for a "new machine" a bit quicker and easier.
